Staff Accomplishments - Dr. Shauna Roberts     (Posted 3/31/06) 

Shauna R. Roberts, M.D., C.P.E., Medical Director of the Genesis Heart Institute, recently accepted a promotion to Senior Baldrige Examiner status.  Last year, she earned recognition from the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program and became one of 540 leading U.S. Business, education and health care experts appointed to the program's 2005 Board of Examiners.  As a Board Examiner, she evaluates Baldrige award applications and prepares feedback to organizations applying for the coveted Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.  

The Baldrige National Quality Program is a public-private partnership to improve the performance of U.S. organizations.
