Genesis Heart Failure Program Provides New Ordersets

The Genesis Heart Failure Program is providing three new ordersets for inpatient and outpatient care.  The Heart Failure Pathway (inpatient admission) Orders have been updated to add prompts for new tests and evidence based practice considerations.  These ordersets are available at Genesis Medical Center in the nursing units on 4th floor East Campus, Med-Surg West Campus, and both Emergency Rooms.  

In addition, new order sets have been developed for initiation of outpatient cardiac infusion therapy and outpatient IV Lasix therapy.
