Cardiologist Nicolas Shammas, M.D., of Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C., helps second-grader Julia Huiskamp check her heart rate at the Genesis Heart Institute.  Huiskamp and fellow classmates of Lourdes Catholic School were guests of Dr. Shammas.  Their tour included a visit to Cardiac Rehabilitation and Diagnostics, where they saw a stress test and echocardiogram.  They also visited the Genesis Emergency Department and MEDIC-EMS.
